Events Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS:
• All bookings are first booked with a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable down payment + $100 USD refundable security deposit (Paid day of event).
• Payments can be made via cash or credit card.
• The REMAINING BALANCE DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE PARTY. Bookings canceled due to non-payment will forfeit any payments made.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. There is a $200BBD/$100USD change of date fee, per change, should you need to reschedule the date after your booking has been confirmed.
• Must be over 25 to book.

$100 USD REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
The $100 USD Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you via the same method it was given at the end of the event or upon confirmation that there has been no damage to the property.

Failure to clean up after yourselves results in forfeiture of your security deposit.

• You agree to leave at the appointed time at the end of your event, any time over is a $125 charge.
• No confetti/glitter. NO DAMAGE. If there is damage please report it IMMEDIATELY.

No staples, nails or thumbtacks are to be used in decorating.
• No glass by or in the pool .. please keep glass bottles by the bar and serve in plastic cups.
• No smoking ON THE PREMISES • You clean up after yourself (including gas grill, coolers, and put all trash in trash bins •
• PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ABOVE THE $100 USD DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD RESTRICTIONS:
• ALL events/parties must end by 11:30 pm. • Parking is for up to about 30 cars on the lot next door if you are considerate in your parking.
• Please ensure your guests do not block the house or neighbors’ driveways at any point during the party (including unloading, packing up, drop-offs or pickups, etc.)
• Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors’ property or continuing the party outside the premises or in the parking lot.

MUSIC RESTRICTIONS:
• NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED.
• We are unable to accommodate DJs and really loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests. Sonos system or Bluetooth is available to play music free of charge. Speakers must be returned at check out in working condition to receive your security deposit
