Hidden Gem began with a simple but deeply personal idea: to create the kind of place I would want to discover when traveling — a beautiful, welcoming home where thoughtful design, genuine hospitality and a true sense of place come together naturally.
More than a place to stay, Hidden Gem is a home shaped by personality. Each room has its own character, every corner tells a story, and the experience is intentionally intimate, relaxed and personal.

I have always believed that luxury is not defined only by grandeur. It is found in how a place makes you feel.
It is a warm welcome after a long journey, a beautifully prepared room, a quiet breakfast, a familiar face remembering how you take your coffee, and the freedom to experience Barbados at your own pace.
Hidden Gem reflects many of the things I love: expressive interiors, relaxed island living, good food and meaningful connection. I wanted every space to feel distinctive yet comfortable — a place where guests could settle in, exhale and feel genuinely at home.
Above all, Hidden Gem is built around people. What matters most to me is that every guest feels welcomed, cared for and remembered.
